We believe that our people, our clients, and candidates have a critical role to play in the transition to a more sustainable world. Grace Blue has a dedicated task force led by Global Chair, Ian Priest, with sustainability leaders in each of its three operating regions – US (Erin Maxin), EMEA (Tim Palmer) and APAC (Ayesha Desquiens).
The team works to educate all Grace Blue employees, clients, candidates, and partners alike on positive changes to adopt sustainable business practices. Its aim is to ensure sustainability is embedded meaningfully in our work so that we can do our part to help tackle climate change and reduce global warming. In addition to examining and recommending changes to Grace Blue’s operations, the task force promotes sustainable behaviour as a core skills requirement of leadership talent and facilities knowledge-sharing both internally and across its leadership network of clients and candidates.
In June 2022, Grace Blue joined Ad Net Zero, a global industry-wide initiative, to help achieve real net zero carbon emissions from the development, production, and media placement of advertising by the end of 2030.
