Nabiha joins Grace Blue in February 2020 to support the continued growth of the Grace Blue business across EMEA.
Nabiha has 10 years’ experience in executive search. Most recently she was Senior Associate, Board, Retail & Consumer at The Miles Partnership and an Associate at Clarity Search specialising in consumer search prior to this. The first four years of her career was spent with The Willis Partnership where she worked on C-suite and Board searches across several sectors. She has a wealth of experience partnering with a broad range of consumer-focused businesses to appoint leadership talent including CEOs CMOs, CIOs and CFOs and their teams.
Nabiha will report to David Nobbs who joined Grace Blue in 2019 as Partner and Head of Consumer. She will lead the in-house teams of Research Associates and Senior Research Associates, EAs & Project Managers and be responsible for overseeing the GB client and candidate experience programmes.
