Grace Blue, in partnership with Boardroom Ready, have launched a survey aimed at senior leaders who are looking to secure their first Non-Executive Director (NED) role or continue to build a NED portfolio.
The survey has been created in order to ascertain the appetite amongst senior leaders to find NED/Trustee roles, the range of skills that they can offer to a Board and to understand what barriers are standing in the way of finding and securing a NED/Trustee position.
The survey responses will allow us provide advice and support to our candidates and wider network in finding and securing NED roles as well as share the findings with our clients when it comes to finding the right talent for their Boards.
