About
Juliet is a founding partner of Grace Blue and Board Advisor.
Her career in advertising began at Charles Barker, where she spent four years before joining Royd’s to head up its integrated offering. The opportunity then arose for her create her own marketing communications agency, and The Forward Consultancy was born. In 1987 Juliet sold her share of the business to set up Limbo, BBH’s direct marketing agency – which pioneered brand building in direct marketing – leading the agency successfully for 10 years before moving across to head up BBH’s business development team.
In 2003, Juliet joined Gay Haines at Kendall Tarrant to head up the Executive Search department, founding Grace Blue three years later with Gay and Jay Haines. She believes that if you focus on delivering the very best quality product, if you care deeply about always doing the right thing, and if you believe that diversity is a moral and business imperative, your business will thrive.
Juliet lives in Hampshire with her husband and has five grown up children.
